I’m a proud native Texan and the CEO and Founder of Prime Practice Solutions, LLC. With years of experience across multiple specialties including cardiology, neurosurgery, cardiac electrophysiology, and plastic surgery. I bring a deep, cross-specialty understanding of how medical practices operate.

I’m known for my strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style, and I specialize in practice management, financial reporting, physician service agreements, and business compliance. My background also includes accounting, HR operations, and navigating complex healthcare regulations, which allows me to serve as a trusted partner to physicians and private practices striving for operational excellence.

Administrator, Finance and Business Operations

I’ve spent the past 21 years building progressive experience in healthcare operations and financial management, with roles at Prime Practice Solutions, LLC, the Austin Diagnostic Clinic, UTMB Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Since January 2021, I’ve been with Prime Practice Solutions, where I focus on provider recruitment, contracting, short- and long-range financial planning, forecasting, and operations consulting for ADC Physicians, PA.

Before joining Prime Practice Solutions, I served as Administrator of the Austin Diagnostic Clinic and oversaw seventeen clinical sections, six ancillary services, and three support departments.

From financial management and contract oversight to property coordination, vendor relations, and administrative systems, I’ve done it all. I’m known for jumping into complex environments, quickly identifying inefficiencies, and putting effective solutions in place.

Hi there! I’m a passionate healthcare leader with over a decade of experience within healthcare. I have experience in urgent care services, where I lead an amazing team of six managers and oversaw operations, strategy, and growth for 7 urgent care clinics. It’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of big projects like remodeling clinics and building out new services, and I’m especially proud of helping turn around struggling clinics!

Before this, I had the incredible opportunity to serve and oversee the women’s service line, managing a vast network of clinics and helping to onboard new physicians.
