Keyanta Ervin, MHA

Hi there! I’m a passionate healthcare leader with over a decade of experience within healthcare. I have experience in urgent care services, where I lead an amazing team of six managers and oversaw operations, strategy, and growth for 7 urgent care clinics. It’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of big projects like remodeling clinics and building out new services, and I’m especially proud of helping turn around struggling clinics!

Before this, I had the incredible opportunity to serve and oversee the women’s service line, managing a vast network of clinics and helping to onboard new physicians. I’ve also spent significant time leading a Cardiology practice, where I launched new programs and built strong community partnerships.

My journey started as a Clinical Nurse, which gave me a fantastic grounding in patient care.

I hold a master’s in healthcare administration, and when I’m not focused on healthcare, you can usually find me out fishing or getting creative with event decorating. I love what I do and am always looking for new ways to make a positive impact on healthcare.
