Glenn

I’ve spent the past 21 years building progressive experience in healthcare operations and financial management, with roles at Prime Practice Solutions, LLC, the Austin Diagnostic Clinic, UTMB Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Since January 2021, I’ve been with Prime Practice Solutions, where I focus on provider recruitment, contracting, short- and long-range financial planning, forecasting, and operations consulting for ADC Physicians, PA.

Before joining Prime Practice Solutions, I served as Administrator of the Austin Diagnostic Clinic and oversaw seventeen clinical sections, six ancillary services, and three support departments. I managed over $120 million in annual revenue, supported 70 providers, and led a team of more than 200 employees across nine locations.  

In addition to practice management, earlier in my career, I spent time working in Health System Finance, where I led capital and operating budget planning, developed strategic business plans and supported major hurricane recovery and expansion projects.  I am known for my ability to develop and translate strategic and operational decisions into financial performance.   I thrive on practice analytics and helping groups grow to serve their communities as well as ensuring long term financial success. 

I hold a BS in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and an MHA from Texas State University. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors with my two daughters and our dog Ranger.
