I’m passionate about leading high-performing teams and implementing innovative strategies that boost financial performance, optimize cash flow, and improve patient satisfaction. My expertise includes provider payer enrollment, payer contract renegotiation, multi-state licensing, and comprehensive change management.

As the founder of Cini Solutions, I lead a consultancy dedicated to revenue cycle optimization, operational excellence, and program development for emerging healthcare businesses. I’ve developed and launched successful payer enrollment strategies, negotiated favorable payer contracts, and ensured compliance with multi-state licensing requirements.

Over the years, I’ve held key leadership roles at organizations such as PsychPlus, Babylon Health, and HCA Physician Services–St. David’s Healthcare, where I led initiatives that increased revenue, reduced costs, and improved provider utilization.

I hold an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a BA in Health Service Administration from Our Lady of the Lake College, and I’m a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
