Ali Seeling, RN, MSN

Ali Seeling is a visionary healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and clinical transformation across multi-site hospital and ambulatory environments. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering strong physician partnerships, Ali has led multi-million dollar budgets, de novo expansions, and value-based care initiatives in multiple states.

In her most recent role as Administrator at HCA’s Kansas City Heart Rhythm Institute, Ali oversees operations across 6 hospitals and 9 clinics, achieving 58% increase in productivity. Her background spans executive oversight of nephrology, cardiology electrophysiology, dermatology, gastroenterology and primary care. She has spearheaded growth strategies, EMR implementations, and major revenue cycle improvements while working to successfully oversee practice P&Ls reporting to key stakeholders.

Ali holds an MSN in Nursing Leadership and Administration. She is passionate about culture-building, operational strategy, building supportive relationships with physicians and elevating the quality of care across diverse healthcare landscapes.
