Jeffrey Toal, MS, MBA, CAPM

I am a servant leader, connector, and change champion employing my extensive expertise to propel organizations forward. As a business advisor, I am passionate about using the experiences of my 30-year career to lead through ambiguity and complexity, identifying challenges, customizing unique solutions, and creating a culture of accountability and success. My consultative approach to designing strategic turn-around solutions, as well as my focus on “how we get it done” lends itself to sustainable and scalable business growth through partnership and collaboration.

My range of specialty experience at individual practices, clinics, and hospitals includes behavioral services, pediatric home health, Oncology, internal medicine, Hepatology and GI, geriatric in-patient and out-patient, family medicine and primary care. Additionally, I have experience in the ever-emerging Concierge/membership model, program design to start up, international patient relations, M&A organization, and revenue cycle management.

I am a life-long learner, avid reader, and enjoy experiencing the perspectives of others. I hold both MS and MBA, as well as multiple certifications including the CAPM.
